We are looking for a strategic partner in North America. This way we want to cover most of the continents and create a strong global brand. Currently we are offering 25% or less for sale to partners to further fund our IT and business development. For marketing, Mihai and Mark are covering Europe and Manfred is covering Asia (Chinese market mostly).
We have two partnership models in mind:
The partial ownership can be obtained by straight up buying shares or offering some kind of product/technology in return (both preferred). We also expect pro-active contribution to the development and marketing of the product/technology.
If ownership and pro-active development is not an option for you we also have the opportunity to engage in a non-exclusive strategic partnership. This basically means we work together and share profit from sales from a specific region/company. The partner in this case is responsible for marketing the product for his company/region.
